Dacia Kailin PA-C

MSPAS, PA-C
Dacia Kailin, MSPAS, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA) with a focus in dermatologic practice. She is originally from Corvallis, Oregon, where she earned her Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University. Her thesis focused on health informatics disparity among urban, African American youth, which led to her passion for inclusive and conscientious healthcare. Dacia knew she wanted to work in medicine from a young age, looking up to both her parents in the medical field, and especially her father—a PA himself.

She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University just outside of Nashville, Tennessee, with a certification in dermatology-focused training. She was awarded induction into the Pi Alpha National Honors Society for recognition of her significant academic achievement, research, leadership, and professional service during her medical studies. She is also a proud Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and enjoys furthering her education in any way she can.

Dacia enjoys practicing medicine with a person-centered approach and takes pride in her ability to treat every patient with empathy. She welcomes patients from all backgrounds, of all ethnicities, abilities, genders, and sexual orientation and hopes to empower her patients to be their own best advocates when it comes to their health.

Outside of medicine, Dacia enjoys hiking, mountain biking, camping, eating and cooking good food, traveling and enjoying time spent with her husband, family and friends. She also enjoys advocacy and volunteerism. She relocated to Bend, making it her home prior to her PA training, and is happy to be returning to the Pacific Northwest to practice.
