Matthew Firebaugh, MCHS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate specializing in dermatology, with additional experience in urgent care and hematology/oncology. As a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates, he brings both clinical expertise and a patient-first approach to every visit.
A fifth-generation Montanan, Matt grew up immersed in the outdoors—a perspective that still shapes his grounded, approachable style of care. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Montana State University and completed his Master of Clinical Health Services at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Matt is known for taking the time to listen, explain, and partner with patients in their care. His goal is to make each visit feel comfortable, clear, and productive—so patients leave feeling informed and confident about their skin health. Patients who prefer a male dermatology provider in Bend often appreciate Matt’s approachable style and clear communication.
Outside of the clinic, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and getting outside whenever possible—skiing, mountain biking, and trail running throughout the Pacific Northwest.
